We are looking for a vibrant, articulate and highly motivated individual to join our Information Systems team. You will act as a Patient Systems Configuration & Support Manager, managing all clinical applications support across the trust as well as leading a config and support team of analysts. You will ensure access and system resolutions are done in a timely and efficient manner.

The Information Systems Config and Support team provides configuration, smartcard support and resolution to clinical access issues to approximately 5000 end users of SystmOne, eQuest, eDocs, Inform and Summary Care Record to name a few.

You will need to work closely with all services across the Trust and the rest of the Information Systems team, as well as the Data Warehouse, Performance and Business Intelligence teams.

The successful applicant will oversee Smartcards, Clinical Applications including TPP SystmOne, Inform Sexual Health and R4 Dental. You will also manage access to non-Solent hosted systems, including PACs, NHS e-Referrals, Summary Care Record, and other local acute clinical applications.

This is an exciting opportunity that will present different challenges every day. You must be highly skilled and be able to use your own initiative. The post will suit an individual that has excellent organisational, management and communication skills and is able to work autonomously, within the boundaries of the role, as well as, being part of a team. Essential knowledge to include system release management and change management. It is essential you have TPP SystmOne knowledge, and desirable, Inform and R4.
