The hospital has strong links with University Hospitals Southampton, supporting inpatient care and outpatients services. We proudly offer a unique service to its local population and wider community. It has a small feel, but delivers a big impact!

The post holder will take responsibility for the two adjoining 12 bedded acute medical wards. This will include overseeing quality and safety, staffing, clinical development of the team, service improvement and providing a high quality outcome based service.

The successful post holder will be supported by and work alongside our senior leadership team, business partners, other ward managers, medics and also the wider MDT. In house support around work force, patient flow and clinical education are in place.

We are passionate about supporting our employee’s development and wellbeing through our Leadership Programme and Trust Wellbeing hub.

If you are ready to lead a team in a forward thinking, supportive environment and have a passion for delivering high quality care, then please speak to us to discuss what we can offer you.
