We are looking to appoint a highly motivated nurse or allied health professional to work as Clinical Trainer and Practice Development Facilitator across the directorate.

 

You will need to have clinical experience in a mental health environment and be able to develop, manage and deliver a range of training within MHSOP and across the directorate, as well as working with staff in clinical services to develop their practice skills.

 

The post holder will provide clinical education, professional development and leadership programmes across the directorate to ensure that the clinical workforce is fit for practice and purpose and able to respond to changes in patient care delivery.

For areas where our teams work to staffing rosters, these are set in advance at a team level and you will join an established roster. Your rostered shifts will be confirmed to you when arranging your start date.
