MPFT has a vacancy for a Consultant within their Leicester Sexual Health service

We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership and management skills to play a major part in delivering a high quality, innovative, integrated sexual health model of care for the population served by the Leicester, Leicestershire Sexual Health Services.

The post is part time for a fixed term of 12months delivering 8.5 Programmed Activities per week. The LLR post is based at Haymarket Clinic

Responsibilities would include: continued delivery and further development of the service, guideline development, research, audit, quality improvement projects, contribution to an active educational programme as well as supporting and mentoring junior doctors and nurses. A strong clinical network is in place to ensure that sub-specialty interests and skills are maintained.

You will join enthusiastic and friendly team with 4 consultants, associate specialist and specialty doctors, ably supported by integrated sexual health nurses, HCA team and administrative support.
