An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit Community Registered Nurse to join our community specialist palliative care team which is based at St Luke’s Hospice working over a seven day flexible rota. We are looking for a motivated and skilled professional nurse who has a passion for palliative care.
Applicants should have post registration experience in a relevant setting (palliative care / oncology /community), and be keen to develop their career in community palliative care nursing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a sound knowledge in symptom control and the ability to prioritise and manage a clinical caseload. Most importantly, applicants must be committed to providing high quality compassionate care
