The Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is urgently recruiting for a band 3 Senior Healthcare Assistant to provide support to the Assessment and Rehabilitation Clinics. The post-holder will be required to assist with home assessments for virtual doctor clinics and therefore must be a car driver and experienced in HCA community work. The service require applicants to have demonstrable experience in venepuncture, observations, ECG (although further training will be given).

Location: The post-holder will be a member of the ARC team and as such will be mainly based at Upton Hospital and St Mark’s Hospital.

Shifts/Hours: Ideally 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Length of Role:Start ASAP on an ongoing basis

Band 3 – example rate:

  • Day Rate - £10.81 per hour
  • Night/Sat Rate - £14.60 per hour
  • Sun/Bank Holiday Rate - £18.27 per hour
