An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead and influence health outcomes for Children and Adults with Learning Disability and/or Autism.

You will sit within a rapidly expanding Safeguarding Team who are constantly striving to provide gold standard, up to date and innovative support to all patients, families and staff.

What we will need from you:

  • Extensive knowledge in your field and MCA/DoLS
  • Leadership in Learning Disability Mortality Reviews (LeDeR)
  • Commitment to embedding care practice as ‘business as usual’ for Trust colleagues
  • Ability to lead and influence practice and pathways to ensure that Children and Adults with Learning Disability and/or Autism receive the best health outcomes
