Come and be a part of our friendly Healthcare Team at HMP Onley on the Northamptonshire/Warwickshire border in. This is an ideal opportunity for a practitioner who is looking to either develop their prison career or diversify their career within this exciting and challenging field.

You will be working as an integral part of the team providing clinical care to our residents within a secure establishment. The primary focus of this post will be to deliver the highest standard of care required to meet the diverse and complex healthcare needs of an adult male population.

You will be an employee of Northamptonshire NHS Foundation Trust and enjoy all the benefits that working for the NHS offers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and friendly team player who is, passionate about all aspects of Healthcare; who leads by example, demonstrating consistent exemplary standards of care and professionalism, is innovative and keen to drive practice forward.

Previous experience of working within the prison estate would be an advantage but is not essential. Part time/full time hours considered. Applications from Band 5 nurses with some experience will be considered and if successful, will be offered a development post leading to promotion to band 6 when an agreed level of competency and experience has been achieved.
