We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Engagement, Involvement and Insight Manager to join our Engagement, Involvement and Insight team at NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit's Communication and Engagement Service.

We are keen to hear from candidates who have a background in project management and are passionate about making a difference.

You’ll be part of our specialist Engagement, Involvement and Insight team, so we’re looking for a team player who can join us in helping to achieve success for our customers.

You are likely to have:

  • Significant experience of successfully operating in a politically sensitive environment
  • Demonstrated experience of co-ordinating projects in complex and challenging environments
  • Experience of monitoring budgets and business planning processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management – both internal and external.
  • Numerate and able to understand complex financial issues combined with deep analytical skills
  • Lead on designing and planning engagement and involvement activities and events.
  • Experience of the designing, management and reporting from large databases and data from a variety of channels across stakeholder insights and engagement (e.g. Datix and Elesurvey).
  • Flexible approach to work
