BHFT INTERNAL STAFF ONLY PLEASE APPLY

To undertake day-to-day engineering and building maintenance activities across all Trust owned, managed and occupied sites in line with SLA/lease agreements and as determined by services requirements. To ensure the efficient turnaround of all maintenance requisitions and requests to the satisfaction of the client/user and to record all relevant activity-related data. To acknowledge all safety, time and cost aspects that the work requires and to be prepared to undertake work out-of-hours. To record and file report sheets for all statutory maintenance requirements. This role is a mobile role covering all Trust maintained sites across Berkshire.

About the Job

  • Provide an efficient maintenance response to reactive jobs raised through the helpdesk.
  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance
  • Support external contractors on specialist jobs
