Working in our newly formed Staff Experience and Culture team, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our Internal Communications and Engagement function as well as supporting a variety of workstreams linked to the NHS People Plan.

You will help maintain, update and evaluate Nugget – our staff intranet, as well as support with online content/staff updates, managing the Inbox, using Twitter to communicate with staff and supporting ad hoc projects such as our staff awards.

You will also support on a wide range of other projects and programmes of work including staff surveys, staff health and wellbeing, staff engagement, embedding a culture of continuous learning - including raising the profile and benefits of the 70:20:10 model - and both staff and organisational development.

You will need excellent proven communications and interpersonal skills as well as being required to provide high quality, comprehensive administrative support to the team using your excellent organisational and IT skills.

You will also need to be able to take initiative in prioritising your own workload to ensure that the many and varied workstreams, objectives and deadlines are met.

You should be able to work independently, using discretion, judgement and critical analysis where appropriate.

This role is a fixed-term contract until 31st March 2022.
