To fulfil the requirements of this role you need to hold a professional registration in Social Work, Nursing or Occupational Therapy and be competent in completing high quality assessments of individual’s needs. The successful applicant will be expected to work alongside their colleagues in supporting individuals and their carer’s in their home environment as an alternative to a hospital setting whenever possible. As the successful candidate will be working alongside other agencies to promote holistic recovery focused care as well as producing reports, completing audits, and engaging with the Safe Haven as necessary, excellent communication skills are a must.

As this role is community based, applicants will need to hold a full UK driving licence (or equivalent) and have access to a suitable vehicle for work.
