We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic patient referral administrator to work within the National Gender Dysphoria National Referral Support Service (GDNRSS). The GDNRSS is a new, forward thinking team in a growing and exciting area within the NHS.

Working alongside existing team members, the main duties of this role will include

  • Receiving and processing referrals
  • Manging the flow of revision surgery referrals
  • Data inputting and maintenance of service information
  • Supporting patients and professionals via the Single Point of Access using phone and email
  • Supporting Clinical Staff with appointment booking for the Clinical and Information Support Service.
  • Supporting and working with a Project Team to develop the GDNRSS.

This position is offered at band 2/3 dependant on experience. Currently the service is homeworking with the its office base at Cross O’Cliff, Lincolnshire. Adhoc office attendance will be required. This post is offered as permanent position, 37.5 hours a week, over 5 days Monday to Friday working within core office hours.
