Estates Asset and CAFM Manager

The management of our Estates at Kingston Hospital requires an effective system to capture and manage the information required to deliver a safe and effective hospital.

We a looking to recruit an experienced Asset and CAFM Manager to continue to refine and improve the information (data) and processes in place to managed our Planned and Reactive Maintenance activities and provide reports on the overall performance of the in house team and external providers.

Reporting to the Head of Estates the role will support the data and reporting for the Estates department as a whole and will require the ability to develop our CAFM System (Accruent) to adapt to the needs of the Hospital.

  • Salary: For applicants without prior NHS experience at the same Pay Band or higher, the salary will start at the lower value within the advertised range and increase every year up to the maximum value within the banding (subject to review meetings).

    For those with NHS experience, we do not match inner London HCAS. If you are hired within a lower band, your salary will not be matched, instead your previous years of service will be taken into consideration.
