Outpatient Booking Office Clerk – Robinson Way, Kettering General Hospital

Do you have an excellent telephone manner and good computer skills? You may be working in a call centre or similar environment and looking for a change in direction.

The Outpatient Booking Office is looking for two individuals to join its busy, dynamic and forward thinking outpatients team.

We are searching for candidates who are passionate about providing excellent patient care, ensuring our patients are seen by the right clinician at the right time in their treatment pathway. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different situations as they arise, be enthusiastic, work in a courteous manner and have the ability to work to deadlines to meet the demands of a busy team.

If your role requires you to have a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check, you will be required to repay the cost of obtaining this (£50).This amount will be reclaimed from your first salary. It is also recommended that following your DBS check you subscribe to the DBS update service.

Please note that news starters with KGH are subject to a six month probationary period.
