We are looking to recruit a Programme Manager within the Greater Manchester Primary care Transformation team to work as part of a dynamic team supporting the delivery of an effective, transformational and resilient primary care service across Greater Manchester

The role will involve:-

  • The post holder must be an excellent project manager, be adaptable, flexible and a good communicator with experience of working with a variety of stakeholders across multiple organisations.
  • Management of specific projects and programmes including developing and managing project/programme plans, reporting progress and undertaking risk and issue management to ensure effective and timely delivery.
  • Facilitation of the Primary Care Transformation Programme governance
  • Management and contribution to the reporting of progress/under performance of projects and programmes. Undertake planning and provide local, regional and national returns as required.

The post holder will have good communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team as well as individually. Being able to demonstrate initiative, think creatively, work flexibly and well under pressure will be important skills to the role.

This is a Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership post. Manchester CCG or Greater Manchester Combined Authority will host the employment of this post on behalf of the Greater Manchester Health & Social Care Partnership (GMHSCP).
