To constantly strive to improve and achieve this goal an exciting new Band 6 Digital Educator roles has been developed to support our non-medical professional workforce.

If you are a registered professional with band 5 experience and are passionate about improving standards of patient care with the belief that education is essential in assisting the non-medical professional workforce to provide these high standards of care. The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust (MYHT) encourages you to apply for this new role. Successful candidates will join a new team who’s objective is to provide education and training to the Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health professional workforce, with a focus of reducing patient harm and improving patient experience.

This Educator role is a 12 month fixed term/ secondment opportunity for AHP/ Midwifery or Nursing registrants who have significant experience within the clinical setting. We are looking for candidates who have the determination and passion and ability to motivate others. With emphasis on supporting the CPD Matron/ Community/ End of Life team to achieve their aims and objectives by creating a learning environment predominately within the clinical area and leading the delivery, monitoring and reporting of training and education with a emphasis on improving training compliance within these areas.
