An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Kettering General Accident and Emergency department. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated, compassionate individual to join our expanding team. An experienced nurse leader who is enthusiastic and dynamic. Working in conjunction with the wider hospital team to deliver a high standard of care to all our patients.

Managing and leading a busy department and team. Motivating and role modelling high standards, implementing and driving improvements and inititatives. Continuously striving to achieve and outstanding Emergency Department.

 

As a busy dynamic team, we are responsible for promoting and protecting the reputation of the trust. We do this through delivering high standards of care to all our patients and communiy. We continuously strive towards achieving an outstanding department through our ongoing improvements and initiatives. Developing and nourishing a positive culture is at the heart of all we do in our ED.

Please note that news starters with KGH are subject to a six month probationary period.
