Exciting times here at Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB where we’re building a Communications and Engagement team to help take our activity into orbit with our public, patients, staff and stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone to play a key role in supporting our whole team in all aspects of our communications and engagement activities to provide administrative support to the team and the Assistant Director of Engagement and Communications.

This is a new post designed to provide internal and external PR, communications and engagement support to our Communications and Engagement Team. You will be the glue within our team ensuring our admin systems and processes are running smoothly for all campaign delivery, that departmental standards of practice are always maintained and contribute in a positive manner to the overall development of the Team.

You will assist in the maintenance of CTMUHB’s website, intranet and social media platforms, supporting the production of publications, and undertaking media and stakeholder relations.

You will be responsible for assisting in communications and engagement activities including planning and organising events, database management, developing surveys, and relationship building with CTMUHB’s various stakeholders.

This is an ideal role to take first steps in PR or if you're an experienced administrator who wants to develop skills in this area. but most of all want to make a difference to our patients and communities.
