The Clinical Hubs Quality Assurance Manager is a key role in the Clinical Hub Senior Leadership team and as such will be a role model for operational team members.

Reporting to the Head of Clinical Operations and Safety, the Clinical Hubs Quality Assurance Manager is accountable for overseeing the development and maintenance of robust, safe, high quality processes and procedures that govern the operational response to patients and healthcare professionals accessing the service.

The Clinical Hub Quality Assurance Manager will require a strong understanding of Clinical Hub triage systems, including triage coding. The post holder will be required to represent the Trust independently in both internal and external meetings such as the national coding and categorisation meetings and will also be expected to chair relevant meetings as appropriate

The postholder will be accountable for overseeing and ensuring maintenance, development and implementation of policy, process, procedures and guidance relevant to colleagues across all functions within the Clinical Hubs.

The assessment process will comprise of an online assessment week commencing 9th August. This will followed by an assessment centre on 19th August. Please note the assessment centre will take place in Exeter.
