About Us

Do you want to work for a company that puts its patients and staff at the heart of everything it does; inspiring trust and confidence by making a positive difference, every time? Our vision is to do just that.
We pride ourselves on being a social values based organisation; we provide high quality, innovative care and services that support the health and wellbeing of our patients, our staff and our communities.
Our values lead us to expect high standards of behaviour from our people. Treating others with respect, care, consideration, dignity and tolerance, at the same time taking personal responsibility for how we behave.
Our values and behaviours are an important part of who we are; so we feel it is essential to get the right people to work with us. If you feel these values are as important to you as they are to us, then we’re sure you’ll fit right in.

The Role
Following a restructure of the governance team, we are looking to recruit to Senior Officer posts to support our work across our primary and urgent care services. You will need to have general experience or transferable skills in the field of governance, with a focus on the specific area on the post for which you are applying, i.e. complaints or incident management.

The successful candidate should have good attention to detail, strong communication skills, and be used to dealing with a varied workload.
For an informal discussion on the posts, please contact either Jacquie Oakes, Quality Assurance Manager/Data Protection Officer (Incidents) or Cate Shelmerdine, Engagement Manager (Complaints) on 0161 337 2254.
Interviews for the 2 posts will provisionally be held on 16th July 2021.

We can offer competitive salaries plus excellent benefits, including:
• 30 days annual leave
• NHS Pension Scheme
• flexible working policies
• family friendly and carer policies
• opportunities to apply for innovation and quality awards
