Team Secretary (Band 3) - full time permanent post

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic administrator to join a dynamic and forward-thinking community team.

This post will work part time in the South Locality Admin Hub and part time in the Early Intervention in Psychosis Team.

The Early Intervention in Psychosis team provides intensive packages of care to people experiencing a first episode of Psychosis or at risk of developing a psychotic disorder.

The role involves working as a key member of the multi-disciplinary team (MDT). The post holder will be required to,

• Complete generic administration duties including taking minutes of team meetings and working groups.

• Administer and update weekly MDT discussions live during the meeting and co-ordinate the MDT agenda.

• Monitor and log referrals.

• Answering telephone calls from a range of professionals and members of the public and taking messages for relevant staff
