We have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Admin Manager to join the Therapy Services Team.

This post will be responsible for the day to day management of an efficient, effective and comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Physiotherapy.

The successful candidate will lead a service scoping exercise looking at the working practice of Therapy Services Admin Teams and create recommendations to the senior management team of improved ways of integrated working within Therapy Services for Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Speech and Language Therapy and Podiatry.

Collaborative working with admin leads across Therapy Services on a scoping exercise of possible new ways of working resulting in recommendations where applicable for integrated working/supporting clinicians will be key to this role.

Key responsibilities include :

  • To assist the Head of Services and Operational Leads, collation and presentation of information pertaining to all aspects of the service.
  • To support the design, implementation, monitoring and communication of service improvements and suggest new ways of working to improve efficiency and realise cost improvement targets.
  • To ensure that Trust and Directorate objectives, policies and directives are communicated and implemented in a timely and appropriate manner to the A&C staff.
  • To assist in the evaluation of new systems and technology and to participate in the implementation and organisation of these cross sites
  • To plan the delivery and development of A&C services to ensure future delivery modality is most appropriate
  • To suggest any improvement of the service and collaborate in the development of internal procedures
