Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Nurse Specialist/ practitioner Advert (Band 7)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse/practitioner with demonstrable experience in the specialist field.

We are looking for a highly motivated person with a drive and passion to deliver high quality care.

The MS Specialist Nurse/ practitioner will act as a clinical expert and professional resource to the Multi-Disciplinary Team.

You will be responsible for and manage a caseload of patients, running nurse led clinics, telephone clinics, assessment and monitoring of patients on DMT’s ,recruiting patients to clinical trials and audit.

The successful candidate will need excellent communication, organisational and assessment skills with a proactive approach to care delivery.

Our main sites are Ashford Hospital, TW15 3AA near to Heathrow Airport and St Peter’s Hospital, KT16 0RQ which is close to junction 11, M25. We also operate services at Woking Bradley Unit and Milford Hospital. A free shuttle bus service operates between Ashford & St Peter’s Hospitals.
