A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Derby IT engineering team and we are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and hard working IT Technicians to join our team.

You will be the first point of contact with our service and will be required to use your excellent customer services skills to deal with IT and account management related issues and attempt a remote fix where possible. Many of our customers will be front line clinicians and other NHS staff so prompt resolution is required .

You will attend customer sites where issues cannot be resolved remotely or where non complex hardware deployments are required.

A calm manner and excellent customer care skills are a must and an ability to talk customers about IT related issues in layman's terms.

There will be some on call / shift working requirements and these will be managed on a rota basis.
