We are looking to recruit a Transformation Coach to join the Practice Unbound team.

The Transformation Coach role

  • Supporting the delivery of products to international customers from point of sale to end of contract
  • Hosting our Practice Unbound helpdesk answering incoming queries from practices taking part in our programmes
  • Delivering onboarding, training sessions and workshops face to face or virtually
  • Utilising data to support customers in using our products
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Retain existing customers in subscription by upselling and cross selling

The Practice Unbound Team

Practice Unbound (PU) is the growing subscription business and innovation unit of Here, delivering blended learning products for practitioners internationally.

We provide subscriptions to online blended learning products that, empower practitioners internationally to implement new ways of working, to free up clinical time and deliver person-centred care.

The products in our current portfolio include:

1. Workflow Go – supporting practices to delegate clinical correspondence processing from GPs to administrators

2. Workflow Networks – supporting practices to share the back office function of Workflow Go, with the purpose of creating further resilience in general practice

3. Pathology Go – supporting practices to delegate pathology task processing from GP to administrators

4. Group Consultations – supporting practices to deliver high quality 1:1 routine care in a group setting

5. Prescribing Lifestyle Medicine – support practitioners to implement a Lifestyle Medicine approach to prescribing, focused on making changes to how people sleep, relax, eat, move and their environment

We currently support over 3000 practices and over 13,000 users across the UK.

It is an exciting time to join the Practice Unbound team. This month we have entered the international market with our newest product Prescribing Lifestyle Medicine.

Our Offer

  • £21,282 to £28,612 per annum pro rata
  • 37.5 hours a week over 5 days Monday to Friday, usually 9am – 5pm with some flexibility for future travel considerations
  • Permanent full time
  • You will be based in our brilliant offices in Brighton, with a combination of office and homeworking to be expected
