An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Health Economist to join our growing team at Health Technology Wales (HTW) while we roll out our next exciting phase.

HTW is responsible for the identification, appraisal and adoption of health technologies across NHS Wales, linking into national agendas for innovation and prudent healthcare. HTW is responsible for undertaking appraisals of the clinical and cost implications of non-medicine health technologies in Wales, working with, but independently of, NHS Wales.

We are seeking to recruit a full-time, permanent Health Economist to provide health economic analyses and cost effectiveness modelling to support the work programme of Health Technology Wales (HTW) and its Research Team. The post holder will apply a range of economic evaluation and resource impact techniques to support the HTW technology assessment groups.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
