If so, we are looking for a self-motivated individual to work with us to continue to develop our new purpose built Trauma Outpatient Department.

The role requires you to be flexible, resilient and forward thinking with compassion and care for the patients you come into contact with. You will be an honest person who is straightforward and has high standards of care. You will thrive on the busy nature of our department, taking charge in the absence of the manager, oversee the Plaster room service and be qualified to BOA standards for Casting or willing to undertake necessary training.

This post requires skills including having the right strengths and being a positive motivator.

You will work with a team of Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons, health care assistants, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurse Practitioners and Plaster Technicians working together to enhance patient care and experience.

After you complete this four and a half days of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities, we offer further in-house courses dependent upon your role and bitesize programmes and leadership apprenticeships at level 3,5 and 7.
