Mental Health Service in North Lincolnshire have benefited from over £3m worth of additional investment during 2019 & 2020, this investment has enabled us expand our home based treatment team so we are looking for a registered mental health nurse to join the Assessment & Liaison team, based at Great Oaks Mental Health Unit in Scunthorpe.

As a Home Based Treatment Nurse you will take professional responsibility as a keyworker for an identified group of patients, providing care to patients in their own homes as an alternative to admission to a mental health unit and work to enable their recovery. You will work closely with patients’, their family and carers in order to deliver effective care whilst a patient is experiencing a mental health crisis.

We offer the opportunity for any our band 5 nurses within our Acute Care Pathway to explore a rotational post with the Inpatient Wards at Great Oaks Mental Health Unit, if this is of interest to any candidate, we would welcome this to be discussed at interview following being successfully shortlisted.
