Mental Health Services Manager

Salary: £32,702 (+10% Pension)
Special Terms: Permanent – 37hrs
Reporting to: Deputy Director - Delivery
Accountable for: Mental Health Coordinator, Substance Misuse Coordinator, Indigo Senior Therapist, IAPT therapists, volunteer and student therapists.

We are looking for a strategically minded mental health leader to oversee our mental health service delivery
The post holder will:
1. Manage our Talking Therapies Services (IAPT, Indigo, Volunteer Counselling Service
2. Manage our Substance Misuse Services (Recovery Programme)
3. Lead on the strategic Mental Health Programme work, raising the profile of the mental health and wellbeing needs of LGBTQ people and the services provided by LGBT Foundation
4. Provide expertise in the area of mental health.   Please attach the job description and person specification:
