We are looking for an enthusiastic COVID-19 Response Team Administrator to join our team within Employee Health and Wellbeing.

You will have strong administration skills with the ability to work in a fast paced, evolving environment. You will have good knowledge of all Microsoft packages, including word and excel.

As a proactive administrator you will have excellent organisational and communication skills.

You will be required to manage referrals for COVID-19 staff testing, including contacting staff members to schedule and book appointments. Maintaining an accurate bookings spreadsheet, you will support with the testing team to maximise capacity and manage an efficient service.

You will provide administration support to ensure accurate testing records are maintained.

You will also be required to answer incoming calls into the department relating to COVID-19 and escalate queries as required.

Weekend working will be required on a rota basis.

Trust policy requires that the cost of submitting & processing the successful applicant/s DBS application be recovered via salary deduction in the first 3 months following start in post. The amount of £26.85(standard disclosure) or £43.85(enhanced disclosure) If you wish to withdraw once a DBS application has commenced you will be still liable for payment.
