Out of Hours North West Surrey, Adult Services, CSH Surrey.

Full / part time and bank hours across 7 days / nights to include bank holidays.
A combination of twilight and night shifts available

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated nurse looking for a new challenge?

Based at Woking Community Hospital, we provide responsive community services to patients across the beautiful Thames and surrounding regions.

Working as part of our Community Nursing team, you will use your nursing skills to assess, investigate, diagnose and treat, patients in their own environment and preventing unnecessary acute hospital admissions, and providing palliative care.

The qualities we are looking for in people joining our team:

· Excellent communication and time management skills

· Ability to work both independently and also as part of the wider multidisciplinary team

· 1st Level Registration

· Demonstrate ongoing professional development and a commitment to providing high quality, safe and effective care that meets the needs of patients

· Ability to relate to patients and colleagues in a sensitive manner

· Flexible approach to work with the ability to work across a seven day service.

· Open to new ideas and training

· Have access and use of a car with ability to work across different locations
