Bank Health Care Support Worker vacancies 

We are looking for experienced Health Care Support Workers to join our temporary staffing - Bank on Us service. You must have at least six months experience employed as a Health Care Support Worker in an appropriate care setting and have excellent communication skills as well as a compassionate character and a desire to provide high standards of care to our patients. 

There are a variety of hours and shifts available and we are particularly keen to hear from people who are able to work day shifts. 

Please note this role is for the Adult Services only. 

Shift times include: 

Early shift 0715-1415 

Late shift 1315-2000 

Long day 0715-2000 

Night shift 1930-0745 

Once you have completed the Bank Pre-Registration process you will be booked to attend the Trust's Induction Programme which can be up to 10 days. This commitment is required to support and enhance your current skills and knowledge. 

Successful applicants ideally would have obtained the National Care Certificate, or will need to achieve this within six months of joining to remain on the register.

Our main sites are Ashford Hospital, TW15 3AA near to Heathrow Airport and St Peter’s Hospital, KT16 0RQ which is close to junction 11, M25. We also operate services at Woking Bradley Unit and Milford Hospital. A free shuttle bus service operates between Ashford & St Peter’s Hospitals.
