Band 6 Community Children’s Nurse

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Community Children’s Nurse within our West Surrey Team.

37.5 hours per week (between the hours of 8am – 6pm)

This role is based out of The Jarvis Centre which in easy access of the M25 and A3.

As a Community Children’s Nurse your role will be to facilitate hospital discharge and provide clinical care to children aged between 0-18 at home in Surrey, ultimately reducing the need for hospital admissions. You will work within a small team of registered nurses and health care assistants.

Care may be short term, long term or palliative.

As a Community Children’s Nurse you will have the ability to step up and manage the team when required. You will be proactive and forward thinking ensuring a smooth service. There is a commitment to ongoing educational development of staff. CSH provide ongoing internal training and opportunities to complete relevant external training to support you within your role.

Whether you have your Specialist Practitioner Qualification Community Children’s Nursing or have extensive experience as a Children’s Community Nurse we’d love to hear from you!
