Child, Parent/Carer Engagement and Experience Lead - 12-month fixed term

We are looking for a motivated, passionate, and assertive individual to support our young person and parent/carer participation Strategy.

Applicants should have a keen interest in service improvement and in supporting and facilitating positive developments, be an effective communicator and be able to work proactively, as part of With Me in Mind Doncaster and also as part of the wider CAMHS team. You will need to be adept at relationship building with a diverse range of people from across the services and externally with key stakeholders. You should have excellent organisational skills and be able to manage a varying workload efficiently.

We work hard to empower our families and give them a platform to facilitate positive change encompassing our Trust values of care, respect and inclusivity. The successful candidate will believe the voice of the child and parent/carer should be at the forefront of the journey through our services and be committed to delivering a high-quality service involving full co-production processes. This is a new role within our team, and we are excited to support the right person to develop this project locally.
