Specialist Speech & Language Therapist

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Adult Community Short Term Rehabilitation Service covering Harrow CCG.

We are looking to recruit a B6 Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our team based in Harrow. The successful post holder will provide assessment and therapy to a wide range of clients with acquired and progressive neurological conditions including stroke. They will work closely with the multidisciplinary integrated care team as well as working as an autonomous practitioner in the community. They will play a key role in the development of the service and will be supported by a highly specialist speech and language therapist and senior clinicians in the team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Speech and Language Therapist with experience of working with adults, including those with acquired and progressive neurological conditions. You must be well organised and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Being a team player who thrives within a multidisciplinary setting is crucial to this role. The Speech and Language Therapists within our team are provided with regular clinical supervision, have opportunities for internal and external CPD, and are encouraged to participate in research and service development
