Clinical Unit Manager- Clinical Genetics

Working with the Operational Service Manager and Clinical Lead to effectively run the Clinical Genetics department and to take responsibility for ensuring the service meets national activity and quality targets, achieves financial balance and to support recruitment and retention of the administrative staff.

Along with the Clinical Lead the post holder will act as the budget holder for the department and will actively manage the administration budget escalating issues to the Operational Service Manager as necessary.
