Advert – Team Administrator and PA – Commercial and Partnership and Procurement Teams


A great opportunity has arisen for the permanent post of PA and Team Administrator for the Commercial and Partnership and Procurement Teams.

You will report to the Commercial Director and provide PA support to the Commercial Director as well as the Associate Director Partnership and Procurement, Head of Contracts, the Head of Business Development and Head of Partnership Performance.


So what do you need to join our team?

  • Commercial/business administration experience in the public/private or third sectors;
  • PA/secretarial experience;
  • Office management experience;
  • Able to work within a complex organisation;
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines;
  • Confident in Microsoft office and IT skills especially in Excel and Word
  • Positive returns management
  • Invoice management
