Aspire Administration Assistant/Receptionist Band 2, Fixed Term Contract until 30.06.22, full time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Administration assistant/Receptionist in the Doncaster Aspire Team. The post will involve supporting the admin function within the Aspire team and providing administrative support to the Service.

The Aspire Team is a multi-disciplinary team and our functions include the Single Point of Access, Community, criminal justice, family and Inpatient detox unit across various sites.

We are looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our busy team. You will possess strong communication skills and be able to deal with members of the public, patients and professionals. You will need to be able to use electronic systems.

The post is fixed term till 30.06.22 and is full time at 37.5 hours, working Monday to Friday to include a late night.
