We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our busy administration team based at St Mary's Community Health Campus as an Administration Supervisor for our Reception Team. This is a full time role for 37.5 hours per week.

You will be part of a busy administrative and clerical team providing direct supervision and management to the team. You will also be responsible for the support to the MPP services at all sites, so travel will be required. Your main duties will include creating rosters for the administrative team who work across two sites to ensure we have efficient cover every week. You will also be responsible for overseeing MSKreception at St Mary's Hospital, MSK reception at Queen Alexandra Hospital and the Hydrotherapy department at Queen Alexandra Hospital.

We are looking for a well organised individual with good communication and keyboard skills, a good standard of literacy and numeracy with an ability to maintain accurate records. You will be required to liaise with patients, clinicians, staff and other agencies to ensure the smooth running of the service and appointment systems.

Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook is essential and training will be given in the use of SystemOne, the clinical software system used by the service. Experience of working within a team in a busy office environment is also desirable.
