We specialise in the care and wellbeing of people at work and here at Solent NHS Trust we pride ourselves on providing high quality services for staff working in a range of public and private sector organisations.

We are looking to recruit a band 5 registered nurse to be part of a service offering great opportunities to develop nursing skills and inter-professional perspectives to enhance your future nursing practice. Your learning needs will be supported by in-house training and programmed learning opportunities. Clinical support and supervision will be available through a network of links with nurses, doctors, therapists and wellbeing practitioners.

You will be working as part of a busy multi-professional team focusing on employee health and wellbeing, preventing and addressing common health problems, and work outcomes.

A taste of some of the programme and interventions you will be involved in:

  • Promoting healthy living and working conditions
  • Assessment of new starter questionnaires and deciding what interventions are required
  • Administering Immunisations and performing venesection
  • Supporting staff who have been exposed to blood and bodily fluids
  • Advising on covid queries
  • Addressing queries posed Solent staff
  • Infection prevention
  • Liaising with other health care professionals


Before you apply please make sure you have a current UK nursing registration. The service covers the Hampshire area and therefore you will need to travel to various locations to work with clients. A valid UK driving licence plus the use of a vehicle is essential.
