A fantastic opportunity has arisen at gtd healthcare for a Senior Care Co-ordinator to join the growing team in Chorley and Preston.

As a Senior Care Co-ordinator for gtd healthcare you will support the operations manager and leadership team on a daily basis to ensure safe service delivery. You will supervise the team of care co-ordinators and drivers, lead on inductions, training and ongoing development. The role also involves participating with the day to day operational challenges.

Operating within clearly defined limits of policies, procedures and guidelines of the service, this post carries responsibility for ensuring patient care is efficiently coordinated 24/7.

This role is a permanent full time position, 37.5 hours per week. Hours of work can be discussed interview or prior to applying.
