Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust was formed in October 2019, following the merger of 2gether NHS Foundation Trust and Gloucestershire Care Services NHS Trust. The two Trusts joined together to provide integrated mental health, physical health and learning disability services to communities.

Would you like to be part of a dynamic and evolving Health Visiting team within the 0-19 service in Gloucestershire? We have vacancies for qualified Health Visitors and are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to join our existing team on a fixed term contract.

We are seeking to recruit Specialist Community Public Health Nurses (Health Visiting) to join our evolving and innovative team working to deliver the Healthy Child Programme to all young children, families and communities in the county.

As well as mentorship we offer a comprehensive induction and preceptorship programme; including clinical and safeguarding supervision. Service delivery and professional development are fundamental to our values, which is why we provide opportunities to maximise career opportunities.

This post requires the post holder to be able to undertake all statutory and mandatory training and post holders must be able to undertake physical interventions. Fitness for physical intervention will be assessed by Occupational Health.
