Joining the bank provides an excellent opportunity for those who wish to gain insight and experience into new areas and specialities whilst providing you with the flexibility to choose your own hours and working pattern.

We currently have Nursing Associate shifts available across a range of care settings, covering three geographical locations; Scunthorpe, Doncaster and Rotherham, including:

  • Acute Inpatient Mental Health Services for Adults and Older People [Rotherham, Doncaster and Scunthorpe]
  • Adult Mental Health Rehabilitation and Recovery Services [Doncaster and Rotherham]
  • Neuro Rehabilitation Services [Doncaster]

The Nursing Associate role is relatively new to our wards and has quickly proven to be invaluable, bringing a variety of mental health and physical health nursing skills to the team, working independently under the leadership of registered nurses, delivering a high standard of person-centred care.

We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Nursing Associates who have an interest in providing compassionate care to our patients. The role holders will be supported to develop your nursing skills and participate in delivering nursing interventions, working as part of the multidisciplinary team and acting as the second qualified, providing support to the registered nurse on duty.

A full induction and training package will be provided with regular supervision to support you.
