The post holder will be required to work 7.5 hrs to 12 hrs on rotating shifts. The post holder will be required to perform a wide range of duties related to the Security function within the trust. Post holders will ensure a high standard of service delivery in relation to security and car-park functions. Duties will include security patrols, operating CCTV, responding to code victor immediate assistance calls, assisting the Police with their enquiries and contributing to the reduction in criminal activity on site.

Post holders will be required to work without supervision and use a high level of initiative in decision making.

We are looking for someone with the ability to think quickly on their feet, able to use their initiative and sometimes make difficult decisions. They will be required to work closely with managers of all levels, including Executive Directors. They must have a friendly personality but also able to be firm if required.
