Exciting New Opportunity!

Alder Hey and the Liverpool and Sefton CAMHS partnerships have been awarded funding to be a 4 Week Wait Pilot site for 2021/22. This is an initiative from the 2017 Government Green Paper with the aim of trialling a four-week waiting time target to specialist NHS children and young people’s mental health services.

We are looking to recruit to a senior project manager post within the community and mental health division at Alder Hey. This is a fixed term secondment opportunity for an individual who is ready for a new and exciting challenge. Working with mental health partners across Liverpool and Sefton, this is a fantastic opportunity to support the improvement of mental health waiting times for our children and young people. The role will include process mapping of existing mental health pathways, review of internal processes to improve service efficiency and working with digital innovation to implement a unique online appointments service for children and young people.

This post is a fixed term opportunity for 12 months.
