Macclesfield Hospital is a busy district general hospital situated in Cheshire, close to the beautiful Peak District and within easy reach of the centre of Manchester.

The Cardio-Respiratory department is based on the Macclesfield site and offers a wide range of non-invasive investigations.

We are looking to appoint a full time, enthusiastic and motivated admin/ booking clerk to support our dynamic Cardio-Respiratory Team.

You will need to be computer literate, flexible and willing to learn new skills. You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team and must have a positive and proactive approach to work. You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be dealing with staff and patients by phone, email and face to face. Knowledge of medical terminology, administration and organisational experience is desirable.

Hours per week: 37.5 (Monday – Friday 9am-5pm in line with departmental opening hours).
