Workforce Planning and Transformation Manager, Band 8b - Grade subject to confirmation


The Leeds One Workforce and Health and Care Academy are delighted to offer this exciting role as Workforce Planning and Transformation Manager to lead, co-ordinate and facilitate strategic health and care workforce planning across our city. Providing expert analysis, advice and guidance, you will have the chance to use your vision and expertise to shape a sustainable Leeds health and care workforce plan and help our partnership to translate the plan into action.

Working collaboratively with the NHS, Local Authority, third sector, independent providers, universities, colleges and professional bodies our ambition is to support and strengthen our talented workforce so that collectively we can ensure long term delivery of truly integrated care.

Through our One Workforce programme we come together to enhance recruitment, education, training, engagement, retention and progression to ensure our health and care colleagues can thrive in Leeds and deliver the services our communities deserve.

If you are offered a position, you may be required to undertake a DBS. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost (Enhanced £48 or Standard £30) from your salary over a 3 month period (including Internal staff). You will also be required to participate in the DBS Update Service and pay the £13 cost per year. This is a condition of your employment. DBS checks for volunteers are free.
