£38,890 - £44,503 per annum

As part of our ongoing drive to improve quality, patient safety and support professional development within the Clinical Hubs, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our high-performing teams as a Bank Clinical Hub Learning and Development Officer.

These are pivotal roles in supporting the delivery of Remote Triage/CDSS Training within the hubs, as well as actively identifying CPD opportunities to support our clinical team in the delivery of hub core objectives, including Hear and Treat performance, clinical support and assisting with the development of specialist and advanced practice within the hubs.

Successful applicants will have significant experience of remote triage in an acute setting and will be highly motivated to deliver a quality and clinically focused service with a high degree of support for individuals and the whole team, demonstrating a commensurate understanding of CDSS tools and associated care pathways and processes related to the 999 clinical hubs.
