We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our busy administration team as an MPP (MSK, Pain & Podiatry) Booking Administrator / Receptionist.

We cover the Adelaide Health Centre, Millbrook & the Stoneham Centre, Moorgreen Hospital so you may be asked to travel to Stoneham when staffing levels require it.

Start times vary between 7:30 and 9am covering a 7.5-hour day Monday to Friday.

You will be working as part of a busy administrative and clerical team to help provide support to the MPP Service for Solent NHS Trust.

Experience in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is essential and training will be given in the use of the computer systems that are used in the department to book patient appointments. The role will require you to be organised with good communication and keyboard skills, good standard of literacy and numeracy with the ability to maintain accurate records and to work independently.

You will be required to liaise with patients, staff and other agencies to ensure the smooth running of the department and appointments system.
